Star Colleges currently has two physical plants that are located at La Trinidad, Benguet. La Trinidad is a 1st class municipality and capital of the province of Benguet. Aside from the adjacent city of Baguio, La Trinidad is the center of higher education in Benguet province. Known as the strawberry fields of the Philippines, La Trinidad is an agricultural town that also deals and distributes most vegetables and cut flowers in the Philippines.
Aside from the physical college campuses in La Trinidad, e-campuses for distance or online learning students are established in selected provinces of the Philippines: Benguet, Mountain Province, Kalinga, and Palawan.
Star Colleges also have international e-campuses that are established in the following countries: Hongkong, Japan, Israel, and Saudi Arabia.
