To enroll at SC, please complete the registration form and submit the supporting documents that are required for the intended program of study.

COLLEGE FRESHMEN. College applicants must complete secondary education and provide the following supporting documents:

  • Form 138 (Original Report Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate

COLLEGE CROSS ENROLLEES. College applicants must complete secondary education and provide the following supporting documents:

  • Permit to cross enroll from main college or university.
  • Photocopy of School ID from main college or university.

ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM (ALS) GRADUATE. College applicants must complete secondary education through the Alternative Learning System (ALS) of the Department of Education. They must provide the following supporting documents:

  • Certificate of Rating
  • PSA Birth Certificate

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Senior High School applicants must be Grade 10 completers and provide the following supporting documents:

  • Form 138 (Original Report Card)
  • Certificate of Junior High School Completion
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate

Grade 11 Students. Apart from the necessary supporting documents that are needed for Junior High School students, the parents or guardians must apply and avail of the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) by the Department of Education. The SHS VP is a program of financial assistance wherein subsidies in the form of vouchers are provided to qualified SHS learners in participating private or non-DepEd public SHSs.

  • For students from ESC Participating schools: ESC Certificate
  • For students from public schools: Learner’s Reference Number
  • For students from non-ESC participating schools, please apply at the PEAC Online Voucher Application Portal before the start of the school year. Students from non-ESC participating schools can ask for more information on how to apply for the SHS VP through their school of origin or from our school registrar.

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Senior High School applicants must be Grade 10 completers and provide the following supporting documents:

  • Form 138 (Original Report Card)
  • Certificate of Junior High School Completion
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate

Grade 7 Students. Apart from the necessary supporting documents that are needed for Junior High School students, the parents or guardians must provide one of any of the following documents in order for their child to apply and avail of the Educational Service Contracting (ESC) partnership program by the Department of Education (DepEd):

  • Latest BIR income tax return
  • Affidavit of Support that was notarized by a Lawyer in the Philippines.

ELEMENTARY STUDENTS. Elementary applicants must be Grade 10 completers and provide the following supporting documents:

  • Form 138 (Original Report Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate

KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS. Kindergarten applicants must be Grade 10 completers and provide the following supporting documents:

  • ECCD Checklist that was completed by the school of origin, the nursery of origin, or from the private or public daycare center of origin.
  • PSA Birth Certificate

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS. Applicants from foreign countries must provide a softcopy or hardcopy of existing student records that must be evaluated by the school principal or the school dean. If the student records are approved, the student can then enroll and attend classes online or in person. For foreign students abroad, approval of records will also allow the student to apply for a student permit in order to study in the Philippines.

TRANSFEREES. Transferees can only be admitted on the last or the first week of a quarter for Pre-school students, Junior high school students, and Senior high school students. For College students, transferees are only allowed to enroll until the third week of either the first or second semester. Transferees must provide the following supporting documents:

  • Transfer Credentials
  • Certified True Copy of Grades
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • PSA Birth Certificate
