- Carina. Internal Welfare Program – Carina is an internal welfare program that provides essential and first-aid support for current stakeholders of Star Colleges who require emergency support due to unforeseen events that may occur during their membership period.
- Vela. External Welfare Program – Vela is an external welfare program that provides essential and first-aid support for external stakeholders who require emergency support due to unforeseen events that may occur as members of communities that are sponsored by Star Colleges.
- Crux. Church Sponsorship Program – Crux is a church sponsorship program that supports church leaders of churches that reside in sponsored communities of Star Colleges.
- Octant. Community Leadership Program – Octant is a community leadership program that is designed to support and empower individuals to be competent and efficient leaders of sponsored Star Colleges communities.
- Corona. Alumni Legacy Program – Corona is the official program for alumni of Star Colleges. Through this program, alumni are able to have annual and quarterly collaborations in order to support fellow alumni as well as apply and monitor legacy students who have alumni parents.
- Ara. Professional Scholarship Program – Ara is the scholarship program for professionals who are working at Star Colleges. Through this program, professionals who are currently working at Star Colleges can be sponsored to attain post-secondary or graduate studies.
- Aquila. School Community Insurance Program – Aquila is the scholarship program for school stakeholders who would like to have additional insurance policies that are arranged for current employees or students of Star Colleges.
- Canes. Cordillera Heritage Preservation Program – Canes is a cultural heritage program of Star Colleges that is focused on promotion and preservation of culture for the indigenous tribes in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
